We do our best to provide the new owner with a healthy puppy.  The puppy will have had 1 vaccination. The buyer will be responsible for further vaccinations and booster shots. 

We guarantee the puppy against infectious disease for the first 48 hours.  If the puppy is found to have a disease or dies within 48 hours of pick up, the owner can return the puppy with a statement from a certified, licensed veterinarian stating the condition of the puppy or the reason for death.  If it has been determined that the puppy is sick or has died through the fault of the breeder, we will either replace the puppy (if a puppy is not available at the time a voucher for a comparable puppy out of another litter will be given) or give the buyer a complete refund of the puppy price.  It is up to the buyer to insure that the puppy is not exposed to infectious diseases, especially parvo, until it has been fully immunized by a series of 4 vaccinations. 

We guarantee the puppy, up to 3 months from date of pick up, against serious genetic diseases that could cause the eventual death of the puppy.  If such a genetic abnormality is found, the buyer can return the puppy with a statement from a certified, licensed veterinarian stating the condition of the puppy and that the condition is the result of a genetic abnormality.  We will then either replace the puppy (if a puppy is not available at the time a voucher for a comparable puppy out of another litter will be given) or give the buyer a complete refund of the puppy price. This guarantee does not cover a skin sensitivity to parasites or certain chemicals as it should be understood by the buyer that dogs - like humans - often have skin sensitivities and allergies.  

If the buyer determines that they can no longer care for their dog, the seller agrees to take the dog back if in good health and with the appropriate registration papers.  If the dog is resold, the seller agrees to refund the buyer 50% of the price obtained.  No other refund will be given under this circumstance.
